all users ("Client") are subject to the guidelines and restrictions established in accordance with these terms and conditions. Diseños LADDU HOME, S.A. DE C.V. ("LADDU") reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.
In case of making a purchase of any of LADDU‘s products through the website

all users will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Prices and availability: the prices, promotions, availability and inventory of the products offered for sale on
www.laddu.mx
, are exclusive for online sales and phone sales. All products offered are subject to availability. In case it is not possible to fulfill the selected product(s), the LADDU Personal Shopper team will contact the Client to provide an alternative.
b. Exchanges: products purchased on
www.laddu.mx
can only be exchanged for other product(s) offered by LADDU at the time of the exchange. Exchanges can be made in two ways:
Directly at the LADDU Boutique located at Monte Athos 149 local 4 and 5 Col. Lomas de Chapultepec C.P. 11000 Mexico City.
Through the LADDU team. The Client must first contact the LADDU team at the email address:

or at the following phone numbers: 55-5202-0750 and 55-5540-0711 to request the exchange before sending the merchandise. In all cases, the customer assumes the cost of shipping, both to send us the product and to return it.
The exchange must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the purchase date, no exchanges will be accepted after this date. It is essential to present the original purchase receipt at the LADDU boutique at the time of the exchange or attach it in an email addressed to

The merchandise to be exchanged must be unused and in perfect condition and must not have undergone any modifications (including, but not limited to, any personalization, monogram, handle adjustment, etc.). If the exchange is made for a lower-priced product, the Client will receive a voucher for the remaining amount of the merchandise, which can only be used for the purchase of any product offered by LADDU, within 30 (thirty) calendar days following its delivery, at the LADDU boutique (Monte Athos 149 local 4 and 5 Col. Lomas de Chapultepec C.P. 11000 Mexico City) or by phone sales through the LADDU team, otherwise said voucher will lose its value, and LADDU will not be obliged to refund any amount in cash or in any other way to the Client. If the exchange is made for a higher-priced product, the difference will be borne by the Client and the charge will be made immediately.
c. Returns: products purchased on
www.LADDU.mx
cannot be returned. All products offered on our website are subject to availability, only in the event that the product cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
d. Product Warranty: LADDU provides a 1 (one) month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. To validate the warranty, the Client can do so in two alternative ways:

Through the LADDU team. The Client must first contact the LADDU team at the email address:

or at the phone numbers: 55-5202-0750 or 55-5540-0711 to request the assessment and, if applicable, the exchange, before sending the merchandise. The shipment must be made using the return guide that will be provided at the time of contacting us and explaining your case.
The repair time of the products will depend on each case. The shipping costs associated with any warranty exchange will be covered by LADDU.
e. Payment Processing: when making a purchase on

, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (hereinafter, "Stripe") or by Operadora PayPal de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Paypal"), according to the payment option chosen by the Client. Once the Client has completed the purchase on

, LADDU will validate the payment directly with Stripe or Paypal; when LADDU has this validation, it will notify the Client by email. This process may take up to 72 hours and the order will not be processed until said confirmation email is sent by LADDU.
f. Use and Protection of Personal Data Associated with Payment Methods: Stripe or Paypal are responsible for the use and protection of personal data collected in relation to any purchase on the website

Service Hours: The LADDU team is available on Mondays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm; Tuesdays to Fridays, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Central Mexico time), except on holidays: January 1st, February 5th, the third Monday of March, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of Holy Week, May 1st, September 16th, November 2nd, the third Monday of November, December 24th, December 25th, and December 31st. Any purchase whose payment validation is confirmed by LADDU after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day; orders received on Saturday and Sunday, as well as official holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Order processing hours may change without prior notice.
h. Merchandise Deliveries: the delivery of the merchandise will be made according to the type of shipping selected by the Client, as well as the time of purchase and the shipping area. Any clarification about the status of your shipment must be verified directly with LADDU, providing the order number generated when making the purchase. It is important to mention that in order to meet the delivery date, it is necessary that the billing address and the recipient‘s address contain complete information. In case of an error in the entered address, LADDU is not responsible for delays in delivery. Currently, the delivery of orders to international addresses is not available. All items are packaged for care and protection; we also offer special LADDU wrapping at no additional cost to the Client.
